Host Dr. Paul Reeves, Mayor Rick Sollars and Karl Ziomek are joined on the podcast by new Taylor School District Supt. Ben Williams as they discuss the proposed Taylor School District School Improvement Bond.

The bond, which will appear on the November 8 General Election ballot, calls for a 0.96-mill levy for five years. The 0.96-mill levy would essentially be financially neutral to taxpayers, who were paying the exact same rate for a 20-year bond that previously targeted improvements across the City's southwest end. That 20-year bond fell off the tax rolls last year.
